Rising Ritual: Virtual + In-Person

Ease into your day with Rising Ritual, a grounding morning yoga class designed to help you reconnect to your body, breath, and inner rhythm.

This slow-flow vinyasa practice is ideal for those who have tried yoga before and are looking to deepen their practice through mindful movement and intentional breathwork. But if you're trying yoga for the first time, you're still welcome to join in.

We’ll move through a thoughtful sequence that builds warmth and strength, balanced with spacious moments of stillness and reflection.

Perfect for all levels, this class offers options to modify or explore deeper variations—inviting you to meet yourself exactly where you are.

What to Expect:
