Foundations of Flight is a 2-hour guided yoga workshop designed to help you explore the world of inversions, with a clear and supportive path toward Headstand (Sirsasana).

Whether you've never attempted to balance on your head or you're looking to deepen your understanding of the posture, this workshop offers the tools, techniques, and mindset needed to begin your inversion journey from a place of strength and trust.
